We are a Denver, Colorado, based company. Everyone in the company invests in real estate and has participated in a condo conversion either as owner or in a managerial role.

Matt Sparks, The Condo Conversion King, is an active investor in multi-unit apartment buildings. He has personally bought and owned over 20 apartment buildings, several of which were converted to condos. He coordinated the completion of countless more conversions for his clients throughout the years, and is currently halfway done with yet another conversion of his own in Denver’s historic Capitol Hill district. He is the managing broker and co-owner of Permanent Weekend (i.e. www.TheCondoKit.com), an investment property-based mortgage company, an investment real estate brokerage, and a property management company.

Before entering real estate, Matt taught ESL and worked as a writer. He strongly supports creating sustainable cities and the New Urbanism movement. If there was only one lesson Matt wishes he could instill in every investor he meets, it would be this: always push yourself to the next level--it’s never as difficult or scary as it seems.
